Terms of Service

Gulshan Global Services | E-Commerce, Web Development & Digital Marketing

01. Project Initiation & Strict No-Refund Policy

All project goals, strategies, and deliverables are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Once account setup, website development, design work, or account onboarding starts, payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.

02. Website Development & Custom Coding

Theme & Design Approval: Once the initial layout, theme, and structure are confirmed by the client, the development process begins. If the completed website does not match personal subjective expectations later on, no refund will be issued.
Revision Limit: We provide up to a maximum of 2 to 3 rounds of changes. Our development team will not handle unlimited, repeated, or never-ending revision requests.
1-Month Revision Window: All permitted changes must be requested within 1 month (30 days) from the date of initial draft delivery. After 1 month, the project is officially completed, and any extra updates will be billed separately.
Under no condition will development, setup, or design fees be refunded.

03. Digital Marketing, Social Media & Paid Ads

Promotions & Strategy: Our scope of work includes organic brand promotion, social media marketing, content management, and running targeted ad campaigns. We do not guarantee fixed sales, revenue figures, or specific conversion numbers. Lack of expected sales is not grounds for a refund.
Client Budget & Approvals: Paid advertising campaigns are launched solely within the client’s approved budget. Approvals given verbally, by phone call, or over WhatsApp are considered valid and final authorization.
No Liability on Ad Sales: Once ads run based on client approval, Gulshan Global Services holds no financial liability if orders or sales fall short of expectations. Ad spends paid to advertising platforms and agency service fees are completely non-refundable.

04. Graphic Design, Creative Media & A+ Content

Design Changes: For all visual work (logos, product banners, packaging, infographics, A+ Content, and Brand Stores), clients are entitled to a maximum of 2 to 3 rounds of revisions.
No 30-Day Window for Designs: Unlike website projects, graphic design tasks do not include a 1-month maintenance period. All required design modifications must be submitted promptly upon receiving the initial drafts.
Design service fees are non-refundable once drafts and creative assets are shared.

05. Marketplace Sales & Organic Rankings

Our team applies SEO best practices, keyword indexing, and catalog optimization to improve organic reach on marketplace platforms.
Actual sales volume depends on consumer demand, product quality, competitive pricing, customer reviews, and market seasonality. We do not guarantee sales numbers or accept refund claims based on low market demand.

06. Approvals & Account Operations

Price adjustments, coupon activations, flash sales, and ad budgets are published after obtaining approval via WhatsApp, email, or telephone.
If a client grants operational authority to the team due to a busy schedule, actions taken in good faith to grow the business are considered pre-approved.

07. Marketplace Decisions & Platform Compliance

Platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho enforce account suspensions, listing suppressions, and compliance checks under their own internal discretion.
Our team will actively help file appeals and resolve issues, but Gulshan Global Services is not financially or legally liable for marketplace penalties.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they hold proper trademarks, invoices, brand authorization letters, and authentic products before listing.

08. Inventory, Logistics & Customer Returns

Checking item quality, barcode scanning, correct item counts, and protective packaging before dispatch are the direct responsibility of the seller.
Courier transit losses, courier delivery delays, warehouse inventory errors, and high return rates by buyers remain outside agency control.
